CAIPS notes - experts please guide

I applied for immigration in skilled worker category (independent). Could I apply for CAIPS file copy from my home country? If yes, how? Experts please guide?
Thanks in anticipation.

No, you cannot. Canadian law prohibits release of information pertaining to
immigration file to anyone who is not residing in Canada. You need to hire a
Canadian based representative to do it on your behalf.

No, you would have to authorize a PR/Citizen in Canada to obtain your CAIPS
notes.
