CAIPS Decoding

I have received my Caips notes

I have these abbreviations on the file .

PSDEC 1
SELDEC 4
BDEC 1

Any one knows what are these values stands for.

PSDEC : Paper scan but what is 1 stands for??
SELDEC : Selection decesion what is 4 stands for?
BDEC: ??? what is 1 stands for ??
