business seminars in Vancouver, please help

Whilst browsing through various canadian immigration sites I came across a website that had details of seminars being held twice monthly in Vancouver for people wanting to come on a business visa. Now I can't remember where it was. If anyone knows what I'm talking about could you give me a link please. Many thanks.
