Default Bufallo Time line?

The posting at the consulate's website at:

http://www.dfait-maeci.gc.ca/can-am/...cat=1185&typ=1

states "We are currently assessing applications received in January
2002.".

Has anyone, who applied in Jan 2002(or after), received the results of
assesment i.e. Interview waiver, Info. on Medical, etc.

I applied in Feb. 2002 and received the File # in July 2002.

So, Dr.(should I not call you?) Miller, does any of your client have a
similar timeline. Any comments?

thanks
Raja

I'm not a doctor.

Notice of assessment is usually mailed 4 to 8 weeks after actual assessment
is done, so notices for most of January 2002 applications that are already
assessed are not even printed yet.

Unfortunately it is a waiting game and patience is a virtue...

I had applied in end of feb'02...and i received the letter of
assessment today...your assumption that it is mailed 4-8 weeks after
the assessment is incorrect...u think that the january applicants
would not have received the assessment...though i got it today and i
had mailed my application in the end feb'02. Please do not speculate
if u do not know it for sure...

thanks

Hi Raja,

Could you pl tell me the result of assessment (such as interview waiver, medical instructions or request for any other information).
I have applied in Jan 2002 (sorry ! file is transferred from New Delhi) and till date I did not receive any thing, other than a letter asking for some updates along with new forms in April. It is already a month since I sent the required information, but no response.

Pl let me know about the results of your assesment

Well, Raja, we can certainly put you in the column of persons who do not
value good information. Mr. Miller can now refrain from answering your
questions since you seem to wish to receive only split second accuracy in a
very variable field.

Raja,

.... You dont spend a dime, get free advice from this group and then criticize the very people who are trying to help. ...

Mr.Miller and others like him have provided invaluable information to many in the group.

instance, he claimed all police certificates must be wrote in message

Raja,

if we know something, we need not speculate. Many have bnefitted from
Mr.Millers advises. If you don't want to listen to him then don't. No
one can predict time lines of a 2yr process. You don't know what is
going to happen for you tomorrow, right?

I found nothing wrong in Mr. Miller's comment. He says
"Notice of assessment is USUALLY mailed 4 to 8 weeks after actual
assessment
is done, so notices for most of January 2002 applications that are
already
assessed are not even printed yet."

You should read his comment carefully. He did not say EXACTLY 4-8
weeks. Do you understand the word "USUALLY"???. Why you think that
your case is applied to all case processing center? Usually can be
longer or shorter. Only God knows the situation in each CIC office.

You should apologize through this newgroup to Mr. Miller if you are a
gentleman/woman
