Default Beautiful Visa

I sponsored my wife for PR in January receiving notification that my application had been accepted 2nd February. Received her passport back today with a beautiful PR visa inside!!! We aborted a move last year because she was uncertain of her status and didn't want to make the move before PR confirmed. Amazed at how quick the process has been from applying in January to receiving the visa today April 23rd.

Will nip across and land her later this year and then look to make the move.

wonderful news

can you be an angel and tell us all your timeline for return of passport from chc london please

eg date it arrived at chc and the post mark date on the return this would be hugely helpful to many looking at time lines from sending passports from canada to london and return back to canada

Hi, I have lost the post office receipt but her passport was only away in London for between 2 and 3 weeks. To be honest they have been superb and like may others I thought it would take ages from start to finish. We sent the sponsorship paperwork off to Canada on January 12th and she received her visa and passport back yesterday so the whole process was a little over three months. We have been married for 30 years and I have Canadian citizenship so it wasn't a complicated application although like others we thought the paperwork was complicated and onerous given our particular circumstances. Anyway, all done now.
