BC- PNP question

Default BC- PNP question

My Husband on work permit for one year and he wants to apply for PNP in Feb, we got two kids age of 16 and 13,but my 16 year old wants to go back in june to study in UK, can we still apply for his permanent residency through his dad's PNP, i am bit stuck he doesn't like it here, and how long it takes to get permanent residency through PNP.
please help.

Well, you should have your PR form stapled in your passport. That might do.
