Default Background Declaration and Photos.

Hi received this 3 days ago from CIC,

Passport photos: Passport size photographs (photographs must conform to the specifications outlined in the Guide to Immigrating IMM 3999 and Appendix B Photo Specifications)
Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature Updated form is required.

The passport pictures i can understand 6 months they are out of date, had these redone to spec, but why fill in another Background declaration, again, i do have a copy, its getting to the stage i am fearfull if i have made any mistakes, i check and recheck things, has anyone have any ideas, thank you Alan.

Because things could have changed within the last 6 months.
On the IMM 5669 lets see what could have changed in the last 6 months as an example

1. Have any of your parents died?
2. Been charged or convicted with a criminal offence?
3. Been detained, incarcerated or put in jail?
4. Had any serious disease or physical or mental disorder?
5. Completed a University course or trade school?
6. Was unemployed, retired or travelled for a lengthy time?
7. Became a member of an organization or association?
8. Had a Government job?
9.Served in the Military?
10. Changed address?

Perhaps thats why they want an updated IMM 5669.

It's quite common for people to be asked for an updated Schedule A at a late stage in processing.

I agree with Snowy, it's not a super common request, but it's certainly not uncommon. I just did a search on the 2015 tab and 3 other people have had schedule A requested, it'll be in the Notes column.

It happens across all classes of PR immigration application: not just Family Class. So don't worry. And it's usually towards the end so stay positive.
