Default Authorizing unpaid Representative after AOR

Hi,
I applied as a skilled worker at London and recently got my AOR. Is it possible to authorize someone, who BTW is a Canadian PR, as a unpaid representative? If so, what form(s) do I need to fill in.

Why did I not do it before? Well, my friend just got his PR card.

Why do I want to do this? So that he can obtain the caips information on my behalf.
