Hi Andrew ,

I have applied under Quebec Skilled Worker immigration and have work permit valid till june2009 and filed my application after completing 16 months in canada.
1-what other conditions I have to fulfill to be able to land at some local CIC in Montreal?
2-I recieved my PPR from Buffalo.
Can i land at any local cic or reentering is the only way?

THANKS
TABISH

1. You are probably going to have to exit and re-enter.
2. Although according to the manuals, supposedly if you applied as a skilled worker, have been in Canada on an approved work permit and the work permit was still valid you could land at a CIC in Canada. But the only CIC that I have heard that will process your PR "landing" in land is Edmonton. You can try contacting Montreal, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
