Atlantic Immigration Pilot Programme

Hi all
I am looking into relocating to Canada and I am in the catch 22 situation that many others are in - I need a job offer to get a permit but need the permit to get the job offer. I have now found out about the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Programme an so want to focus my effort on seeking recruitment from companies who are with this scheme. Does anyone have any advice or information on this? Company names etc. I work as a Network Engineers in the UK.
many thanks

Hi, yes I've seen that thanks, I was looking to find out specific companies involved in the scheme, if that is possible.

If you contact each of the Provinces (the email addresses are through links on the website given) they may have a list of designated employers.
