Hello!
im coming to Canada to land in October and I was wondering how to contact the office in Calgary to book this?
everything I’ve googled hasn’t worked :-(

1. Assuming you have the COPR in your hot little hand, you are "landed" at the first port of entry to Canada. You don't go to an inland office.

As PMM said - when you arrive at the airport you have your 'landing' interview and become a permanent resident. Don't lose your COPR even after it's been validated and signed / stamped as you will need it for Citizenship and for your Canada Pension - it's the legal document that shows you are a PR.

Don't forget your goods accompanying and goods to follow lists

Have a read of the wiki on this site regarding landing as PR, everything is there.

How long it will take over and above normal landing time depends entirely on how many in secondary in front of you! The actual landing stuff, including GTA and GTF lists takes an additional 30 minutes once you start, but as I said, depends on how many in front of you, if a lot, then coukd be 2 or 3 hours.
