Applying for PR card

Hi guys,

When applying for your PR card, it says you need to provide two photos. When I sent off my passport copies and two photos, one was attached to the COPR when it came back, the other was returned loose. Do I use those two photos or do I have to go and get MORE (how many of these things do they need?!!?!?!) photos done?

Is there no end to this bureaucracy?!

Cheers...

Oh, and can I pay the fee for the PR card when I land? Or do I have to do it in advance and then bring the receipt?

Thanks :)

You do not have to pay for your first PR card so relax.
