applying for PR
Hey!
I have tried to search before asking but had no luck so far so I hope someone can help!
I’ve just completed a year of work in Canada as a carpenter on a 2 year iec permit and looking to apply for PR.
My boss says he can pay someone to help to keep me here. Am I correct it’s easy enough to do myself? I was wondering if there was a guide or if anybody could help me with which route to take.

A while back I sent my city and guilds level 3 to icas and Wes hoping for some luck but neither liked it and asked for my GCSE’s. Unfortunately I forgot so I’m just chasing that up now. (My score includes completing high school)
I have challenged my trade exam and have been accepted to sit that.
My ielts exams probably could do with a lot of improvement but do you think it is worth starting to apply now.
Also thanks for your help over the years it has helped me to get me where I am, even for my first iec which I never actually worked on!
Thanks
Rick
