I want to apply for canadian Immigration now, My question is can I apply through Canadian Immigration office in Buffalo or I need to apply through my native country. If you have had legal status in the USA as a student then you can apply at Buffalo.

There is no such thing as "fast track application procedure" in Buffalo. With new Canadian Experience Class coming later this year expect Skilled Workers applications to experience much longer processing times that at present.

So called "fast track" is just a higher processing priority for applications with arranged employment or PNP certificate being processed in visa posts other than Buffalo.

So, no job in Canada = extremely long processing times.
