Default Applying as a Dependant

Dear All,

My application for permanent residency was refused 2 years ago.I applied under Federal Skilled Woker programme.I was the principal applicant. Below are the reasons why my application was refused:

1) Both my Bachelor's and Master degrees are not recognized. So I did'nt get enough points for my education. Also the visa officer had concerns that my degrees were genuine

2) They were not able to verify my work experience. So I didn't get any point for my work experience also. The visa officer had also concerns that my work experience letters were genuine.

Now I am applying again but this time my wife will be the principal applicant.but I will be included as a dependent . Do u think it will have a negative effect on our PR application. as I am not a principal applicant any more but I am still included as a dependent. Do I have to submit my non recognized Bachelor's and Master degrees and my experience letters again with the application.Because If I submit them again then chances are that the visa officer will raise issues and can reject the entire application. Although I am not claiming any thing based on my qualifications and experience. All the points are calculated based on my wife's qualification and experience.

Thanks,
Hasan Jamil

Did you ever try to get your refs / experience letters verified? After all if it were my refs / letters that were questioned, I would have done everything I could to prove they were genuine. If you have further evidence to sustantiate your claims I would gather as much as I could.

So I would say to you if your batchelors degree et al are kosha, then include them - if not then don't.

This is all in my opinion and is not based on any expertise in this field.

ps you are not a dependant - your children are dependants, you are the spouse.

pps have read some former posts - re overstaying in the UK etc. My SERIOUS advice to you would be to be to tell the absolute truth about your quals and refs.
