I am in the process of changing my status from IEC to Visitor. I have been told to fill out form imm5708e. I'm not sure what to answer for the 3rd question :

I am applying for one of the following :
Extension of my temporary resident status
Restoration of my temporary resident status as a visitor
Initial temporary resident permit or extension of temporary resident permit

I'm also asked for info on my first entry to Canada. I guess this means when my IEC entry was?
