Default Applying for CEC - what is a CSQ?

Hey,
I'm just getting all my application documents together for my Canadian Experience Class Permanent Residency application. Question 7 on the 'Generic Application Form' says "Have you received your Certificat de Selection du Quebec(CSQ)?
I figured because I'm applying in Ontario I can say "No" and move on, but part (c) says "If no, when did you apply for your CSQ?"

Does anyone know what a CSQ is and is it needed for someone applying for PR in Ontario?

Thanks for any help,
Aidan

Its the Quebec Selection Certificate.

Note: As of July 18, 2011, applicants for Permanent Residence are asked to complete the new Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008). Applicants are encouraged to complete the form electronically and validate the information to generate 2D barcodes before printing.

The guide says "Complete all sections. If a section does not apply to you, write Not
Applicable or NA."

Thanks,

Do you have the most recent rev of the form? There are a few out there as I just found out. Should have a rev and date in the bottom corner.
