Greetings,
I'm sponsoring my parent for family class appliation in Beijing. On "Visa
Office Specific Instructions - Beijing", it says:
- CHILDREN'S INFORMATION
Children's original birth certificates (which name their parents).
- POLICE CERTIFICATES AND CLEARANCES
Police certificates or clearances from each country in which you and
everyone in your family aged
18 years or over have resided six months or more since reaching 18 years of
age.
I have a sister (aged 45) living with my parent in China. My question is: Do
we need to provide my sister's Birth certificate and Police certificate?
Thanks much!
Simon

YOur sister is probably not a dependent so and therefore not accompanying
your parents to Canada. In that case you do not need to supply her birth
certificate or police certificate.
