Application for Selection Certificate for Quebec (ACS)
Hello,
I wish to begin processing for immigrating to Montreal in Canada.
Looking at the webpage
http://www.immq.gouv.qc.ca/anglais/i...rker/step.html,
I can see that I have to do the Preliminary Application step before
proceeding to ACS. Is this absolutely necessary? Or is there a way to
bypass this step.
I am a computer professional in the US with a US degree and wish to
immigrate to Montreal. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
