Which application route should I take?
 

I am currently on my second IEC (had the one year last year and just reentered on my 2 year IEC....about 4 or 5 months in now. I want to apply for PR with my fiance who is Canadian. Which route would be best? Spousal sponsorship?

We were looking at immigration lawyers but the fees for even just a consultation is alot! So we want to do as much research into which route to take before we even consider it so the time we spend with them isn't wasted on the basics.

Any help would be appreciated!!

Spousal is easiest if you can prove common law (or get married before you apply for PR).

Spousal is a no brainer plus if doing the inland application you could probably still carry on working providing you meet the requirements
