Default Application for PM Checklist

I need clarification on the above, when we downloaded the form about 5 weeks ago in section 7 it says for you the principal applicant notarized employment contracts from your present and past employer.
Looking at there website now it says you and your spouse. Can we safely send the form based on the old form as our application has been approved for process before this new form was updated on there website.
Thanks all.

Good question! I'd like to know the answer to that one too...

If we are lucky enough to get our 120 day letter then would also need to know the answer to this??

Its easy enough for me to get the work references we need but other half was working in the building industry and it can be a complete bi*th trying to get things out of them.

FYI
Not sure when this is effective from...we sent off our 120day docs on the 5th March... have we messed up or have they been a wee bit sneeky?

WORK EXPERIENCE
For you, your spouse or common-law partner provide:
•notarized employment contracts from your present and past employers, accompanied by an English or French translation
•original and up-to-date letters of reference from your past and current employers. Letters must be written on company letterhead and show the company’s full address, telephone and fax numbers, and be stamped with the company’s official seal.
Letters must include all of the following information:
•the specific period of your employment with the company
•the positions you have held during the period of employment and the time spent in each position
•your main responsibilities and duties in each position
•your total annual salary plus benefits
•the signature of your immediate supervisor or the personnel officer of the company
•a business card of the person signing
If you cannot provide a reference from your current employer, provide a written explanation.

How odd... this is for employment in O, A, B categories, for which the principal app is claiming employment experience - yes?

If that's the case, why would you need to provide supporting docs for your spouse - they haven't asked for their employment experience in this context, so exactly what is the request based on?

Confused.....

It's very strange. It would seem to co-incide with London now taking applications from elsewhere. I would assume it counts for anyone sending in documents from March when the Guide was updated.

Am not sure exactly, However we are lucky we still had the old checklist form as they have pulled it off there website. We are going to submit based on the old one as our application started last summer and hope to be judged based on the rule that applied to us then.
Who knows what they will come back with.
