Applicants to Buffalo in September 2001?

Hey,
I just wanted to know if anyone who applied to the canada immigration program in September 2001 at the buffalo center has got passport request letter.
Applied in Sep 2001
Received a letter of AOR in Dec 2001
Interview waiver in Nov 2002.
Medicals sent Feb 2003
Medicals received May 2003 (according to e-client)
The e-client shows "Decision Made". It shows, "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Medical results have been received. "

Since then I haven't received anything yet. Does anyone have similar timelines?

My lawyer informed me today that the CHC Buffalo has sent passport request letter.

Out of curiosity, do lawyers have access to additional information that is not available to the applicant directly? I'm asking because I haven't retained any legal counsel in my case and am wondering if it would have been worthwhile, for visibility sake if nothing else.
