Hi all,

I was relieved to discover my AOR in the post yesterday. Actually amazed would be a better
description - it took less than three weeks.

The AOR stated that my file had been 'selected' to be assessed at the processing centre in
Ottawa using the new centralized pilot project
i.e. I submitted in London, but they shunted it off to Ottawa.

Does anyone have any experience with this pilot project? Are the processing times
better/worse?

You should find a significant decrease in processing times under the Pilot Project.
