Default AOR Number?

Hi,

I'm furiously waiting my for either my AOR number or a rejection letter. London received my application on the 12 May 2010 and I still haven't heard anything.

I'm a UK resident and have applied for FSW Cat 1, does anyone else have the same time line? or any ideas on why its taking so long??

Thanks

So, this is your file number, you won't get another one from CHC London. Once CHC completes processing of your package you'll get medicals request or, if something is not clear or missing, a request for more evidence.

Just a thought , does it ask you to enter your country of birth as well as your number?

If so select ENGLAND , not UK or anything else.

Its a common problem for ECAS.

If the above is not applicable , pleasea ignore me

It was applicable, yes... thankyou...

I was putting my place of birth as UNITED KINGDOM & COLONELS instead of ENGLAND...

My status says 'Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.'

So I guess I now wait... What does 'AOR' even mean? also, would my next step be Medicals???

Next step is either medicals, request for more documents or refusal.

Bizarre...I'm sure there are a couple of people who have not physically got the AOR letter. At least yours says exactly the same as mine as we are only about a week or so apart.
Fingers xcrossed that we move to 'in process' soon. Hoping it will change in a few weeks -although Ive been saying this since we got AOR LOL!

Are you using UK instead of England on the nationality dropdown? We did for a while and using "england" we were right in.

Good luck
