What have you applied under? I fall under College Lecturer and Finance type rolls (controller / manager etc) NOC codes.
Hoping to go to Vancouver. What about you?

Hi Stokesey - that is a 13 months from sending to CIO, 11 months from docs sent in, 9 months since AOR and 6 months from 'in processing' which started in February.
Hi Liesl – so nice to have a friend in the same boat… I too have been very good at waiting just so impatient at the moment.

It is really nerve racking isn,t it. Everyday (at least once) I check the ecas but nothing changes. There is so much to do but I don't want to do anything incase we are knocked back!!
Has your application gone 'in process' yet?

This is our timeline (can't get the signature to work as yet, I think I need to make a certain number of posts before this is activated):
FSW1 received CIO 16/06/2009: 120 day: 07/08/2009: Docs to CHC 26/10/2009: AOR 14/12/2009: Started Processing 11/03/2010
We've applied in my husband's name - IT (I think the NOC code is 0213).
We're hoping to move to Halifax, although Vancouver is very lovely.
I have to admit I don't check e-cas as much as I use to (only once a day now), that said I do look out for the postman on saturday mornings (just in case he slips an envelope through the letterbox)

CAIPS is a copy of you immigration file, my understanding is that it contains all the info input by the visa officer dealing with your case. Search this forum and you should get some decent info.
Good luck.
Good luck.

Not 'in process' yet - Ecas is still just reading 'received by visa office'

#344

We are not 'in process' yet either. Its soooo hard not to keep checking the ecas every couple of hrs, lol, even though you know its not going to change

We will just have to 'hang in there' and
