Hello there HH,
May I ask, is this a case where you are sponsoring your wife from Vietnam,
and you are already living in Canada?

Ahh, I see. I am in the same situation as you, I am sponsoring my wife in
Vietnam and I am a Canadian citizen. I don't have the answer for your
question though, but I'd like to hear if you get any progress with your
case, good luck! My wife just received something from Singapore today, but
I'm waiting to hear what it is. I started my case on Oct.4 2002
