Default Anyone is there in Feb 2002 boat at Buffalo RPC?

Hi all,

Is there anybody who applied to RPC Buffalo in Feb 2002 and got his/her initial assessment lettrer may please post here about the results of assessment.

As you see in this NG, so far two applications were refused (applied in Jan 2002) on the grounds of insufficient points.

Here is my time line:

File transeferred to Buffalo: Feb 2002 (Originally applied Apr 2001, India)

AOR: Feb 8, 2002

Asked for updated information: Apr 2003

Submitted the requested information: Apr 9, 2003

Eclient started working since 3 weeks and it shows "in process"

Anyone with similar timeline may post here

Thanks !

Hi BJK,

Thanks for your response. I think you have got interview waiver and asked to wait for six months for medicals.

Pl let me know whether you have submitted IELTS or not?

I applied in Jan 2002. AOR received in April 2002. They haven't
requested any updated information. Now I am still waiting!

Hi Patrick,

Thanks for your time line. Could you pl let me know whether you are able to check your status through eclient? If so, what does it says?

What letter are you talking about, an assessment letter?

Hi Rebecca,

Congratulations! Could you pl tell me two things about your case.

1. Did you submit IELTS score?

2. Have they asked you to wait for six months beofre doing the medicals or you can do the medicals immediately.

This information would help me (and others as well) a lot in asseesing myself about the possible outcome of my case.

Thanks !

Is the IELTS score an English-language test? I'm from the U.S. and I didn't
submit a score for that. As far as the medical exam goes, it's my
understanding that you only have to wait 6 months to schedule a medical if
an interview is required; the medical is performed after the interview so
the results of the medical remain current and don't expire.

If you are a native English speaker then you don't need IELTS test. If you
are "from US" but not born and raised in English speaking country then you
need to provide conclusive proof of your language proficiency.

Hi Rebecca,

Thanks for your reponse. Coming to the medical question: You might have seen some posts in this forum, which tells that many of the applicants got interview waiver, but they were asked to wait for six months to do the medicals. I think this waiting time could vary from person to person and might depend on the natonality of that applicant.

Thanks again!

My e-client has been started working since Jan 2003. It shows "In
Process". When I clicked "In Process", it shows that they started to
process my application on April 28, 2002.

If I still haven't received any letter from Buffalo by this month, I
will order my CAIPS report. How about you, Reddy? Did you request
CAIPS report?

Hi Patrtick,

Thanks for your reply. As per the ecleint: they have started processing of my application form Feb 8, 2002.

Coming to the CAIPS report: I too think of the same like you. I think we should get our initial assessment letters by the end of this month.

If you don't mind, shall I ask you about your country of origin and where you are presently located?

I am from India, but presently in Canada (since sep 2001) doing Master's in Minining Engineering.
