hi,
my name is sunny - a british citizen - age 32
i fear my PR app case being refused on "excessive demands on healthcare" due to my medical problem which is called HYDATID CYST DISEASE - i had operation 5 yrs ago - they removed 3 large cysts in my stomach
- was off work for 2-3 months to recover from operation.
since then no probs but i still have to take medication (daily tablets) to stablize the cysts which have grown slowly over these last 5 yrs.
i have c.t scan annually and see a specialist in london every 6 months and due to these tablets also need blood test every 2 weeks.
after your experiences with CIC London do you think they will refuse me ???
at present i'm just 2-3 months away from med req. - but i got job and work permit recently and will leave wife and kids (boy 6 - girl 3) on 5th sept to try and prove to CIC i can find job and live in Canada fine - just another plus i suppose to do as much i could - as you know medical issues are sometimes - mostly out of our control - even the last 5 years i have worked and paid taxes to UK gov and this problem doesn't affect my day to day life and work and leisure but CIC seem very very strict on these things - i'm always worried about the outcome - as you know life is on hold and it's our dream to get PR - i feel this is the only chance i will get as as the older you get the more difficult it is.
sorry to rant on. this is always a cloud hanging over our family.

i really don`t know but i guess if you don`t need a surgery now again, you should not be worry,if you need also you can do that before medical assessment[i`m not sure].don`t worry so much, most of the people have some kinds of medical problems especially over 40 years.
