The flurry of PPR's is because they are into a new year now and a new Visa issuance quota.
One can hope this will mean a movement in Medical Requests but I would not get your hopes up yet.

I was thinking the same thing, after all, it all depends on how many PPRs have been sitting to be sent out since last year and if there are a lot.....

Well, we are still waiting too! No news for 9 months now. Not even 'in process" yet! We sent a case specific email and received no response.
Hopefully we will see progress soon...
