Have a look at the CIO Sydney Timelines thread, and you'll see several people recently who have had their 120 day email after approx 2-2.5 months.

My one was a strange one - i did all my paper work for 0213 in November 09, and even though my CC was charged in Feb 10, my 120 mail didn't arrive till 29th April 10.

My cousin applied on the same NOC in March, yet his 120 mail came at end of May.

Maybe due to the IO reviewing the paperwork... who knows.

Judging from wait above, i expect my AOR to take longer too.

Paying by card must be a relatively new thing then. I'm sure when I applied last August it had to be by international draft. I see this is still the case when making payments to London office.
