Default Any engineer emigrated from Ukraine?

Hello,

I am a Canadian citizen. My elder brother is still in Ukraine, where
he cannot practice his profession (radio-electronic engineering),
because with the salary of an engineer one cannot support a family in
Ukraine these days. My dream is to help him to immigrate to Canada, so
he could do for living what he loves to do - engineering.

I would be extremely grateful if anyone with the relevant experience
(having emigrated from Ukraine to Canada with the intended occupation
"engineer") shared this experience with me - either by posting a reply
to this message, or sending me a direct email. Or, if you know someone
with such an experience - could you please ask this person to send me
a message?

Thank you very much in advance!

Sergey

I think the better Russian-speaking forum is www.canadaway.com/talkcenter

Hi dennist,

I've just noticed your post. My only experience with police certificate was
in a provincial town in Odessa region. My mother simply went to the police
and asked for the clearance. It took only a few days. (Officially, I was still
living with my parents.) I don't know if it's much different in Kiev.
