Hi Mr.Miller, Mr. Berto I sent the application for myself as independent immigrant
and my spouse to Buffalo Regional Program Center in September. Yesterday I received
the whole application package back from RPC saying that one section was incomplete
and after filling that out my application needs to be re-submitted. My question is,
can I complete the incomplete section and re-submit the same application or should I
re-submit a whole new set of application. In the application, The date of receipt
stamp at post has been stamped with the date I sent it earlier. Please help me. Thank
you in advance.

Prasad.

Just complete the missing section on the original form and send the entire
package back.

Yes, just complete the one you have. =20

It is important because it has a date stamped on it and in the event = rules
change, and there is no retroactivity, this will ensure you get = treatment most
favourable to you.
