Do you lose the PR visa, if u marry after PR visa is issued but before
you land. If that is the case the whole new application has to be
sent?
Thanks

Yes, your visa becomes invalid if your marry before landing and yes, you
would ahve to re-apply all over again.. Do not marry before landing. And
do not try to hide the fact of your marriage and land anyway, that is the
road to deportation.

As Jim said - it is an absolute "no-no". If you get married after PR visa is
issued (or before but without adding your spouse to your case) then your
visa becomes invalid. If you lie through the landing process then not only
you won't be able to sponsor your spouse ever, but also the moment you try
to sponsor your spouse you will also trigger the process to have your PR
status revoked as obtained fraudulently.

I was in the same situation. It takes longer but to avoid problems
it's better to land first and then get married.
