Almost there. at last..few questions
Hi Guys
Advice please:
1. I am an Oz citizen living in Germany (residence expires in October, subject to renewal WHICH is almost guaranteed. But the residence card says October and that is what I will have to send in)
Am I allowed to apply at EITHER the local office or in the Australian one
2. Any tips on which is better ??
3. Also, with the past living history, addresses etc. my dates for London etc are not exact - how strict are they
4. With bank statements can I just submit one or two months (as I need bank statements for my residence application here too) On the instructions it does not say eg. last six months of statements so I am assuming this is OK.
Many thanks
Floats

Hi
1. Assuming you were ADMITTED to Germany for 1 year and are applying under Skilled worker, you can apply with either Berlin or Sydney as the processing office when you submit your application to Nova Scotia.
2. The average time for Berlin for 80% is 14 months, Sydney is 12 months. Note though if an interview is required, it is in the processing office.
3. Previous addresses month and year.
4. 2 months of bank statements should be fine, but they can ask for more.
5. Don't forget you will need a driving extract from Oz as well as the PCC.
