AIP and OPEN WP Q? for Jim or Mr Miller
Hi Jim,
I have applied for PR (independant skilled worker) to buffallo. I'm currently in Canada on a WP. I understand that if people get an approval in principle (on a spousal PR application) they can then apply for an inland open WP. Can I apply for an open WP (as a independant skilled worker) if I get an AIP? Is yes, then is Approval in principle issued following initial assessment or medicals or when? Thanks J |

No.
And you won't even get AIP as such is only issued to spousal cases filed within Canada. -- ../..
