As you've only just applied for PR, you'll need to tell CIC of the change in your circumstances and withdraw your PR application.

You will need another job offer to get another TWP if you want to stay past April, good luck finding another job.

That's great. Yes, that does help, you'll need to get them to apply for the LMO as quickly as possible, and then once you've got that you can apply for a new TWP and start the PR process again.

Good luck.

Hi my boyfriend is in a similar situation and whats worse he has just applied for a work permit and is on implied status. Any LMO process will take roughly 12 weeks, please someone help me understand what his options are.

He has another job offer but it isnt LMO approved. He is forwarding his case to AINP today. I am very nervous and fear him being sent back.
