Ageing Out
Applying for FSW, now waiting for 120 day letter after having the credit card debited. We have one son aged 21, and I'm assuming as we had the application in and past the first goal post, that he'll be ok even when he gets to 22? Many thanks, JT

As long as he remains a dependent, i.e. not common/law or married, his age was locked in.
