Default After Rejection is there any hope?

My friend applied for canadian immigration and in teh final stage of interview the visa officer asked soem documents and after that he recieveda letter from them that you are rejected becuase your experience is not compatible with our reqquirement. My friend applied on mechanical engeneering basis and also completed his masters in mechanical from here.

My question is is there any hope for him and is there any procedure at this point for him to re-consider or some thing like that. WIll be appreciate very much. One more thing all of our other friends based on same qualifications got the canadian immigration.

Any suggestion for thsi poor guy?.

It is impossible to even guess if he has any chances without making full
assessment of his case. You may contact me directly for free evaluation.

Why? Why are you posting my email address so openly? If I would like to
invite spammers who are using auto-harvesters I would not include words
REMOVE in my email address. Is it that hard to comprehend such simple thing?
Is it that hard to read and follow the simple, single line instruction
below my email address without posting my unobstructed address here?!!! You
are hiding yourself behind anonymous britishexpats ID and are not posting
your email address yourself - why?
