Default advice: RCMP forwarded the screen result to me!

Dear Sir,

I was surprised to receive a letter from RCMP Ottawa and found out that they
forwarded the screen result (initiated 5 months ago upon request from
Canadian Consulate, Baffulo) back to me, it in fact should go to the
imigration system accoding to the reason for application and file number I
provided (At least local RCMP told me that).

What should I do? send back to RCMP saying it should be forwarded to
Canadian consulate, Buffulo or I just directly send it to the Consulate
there?

I remember that, in the letter, the Consulate indicated that this RCMP
certificate need to be done wthin 60 days, what impact this delay might have
on my application?

Thanks

Send it to Buffalo your self. Never explain never complain. Keep a copy and
send it by registered mail.
