Default Advice please!!

One of my friend recently got canadian visa and migrated to
canada, under professional category. Now he is in search of job.But two
days before he got a job offer from his USA company(H1B visa
holder). What suggestion I have to give for him, to receive that job
offer and return to USA on H1B or continue his searching in canada
until he make one. There is rare chance to get a US Green card for him
at this time.He applied for PR/SIN, one of his relatives address in
Canada. If he come to canada within two weeks, will it effect his
status or visa.To re-enter,Is it possible for his relative to collect
& send PR through mail.

I will give some advice, first your friend has to stay there approx. 3
months,if he applied for PR through an address in canada. He will
receive it within 90 days. Then he can travel to USA on H1 Visa and
continue his work.I heard TN visa is also available if you show an
employement offer to US embassy. As long as your friend keep H1B he is
not eligible for TN visa.
Try to get more sugesstions from Experts.

Help Needed is an unknown quantity at this point

The TN visa mentioned in the previous post is only available to Canadian Citizens and does not apply to PRs. As such, the original poster's friend would require an H-1 if he wishes to work in the U.S.

Cullinary,
When you will get you passport back with Immigrant visa. There will be
a date on the visa .Like = 06/11/03 - 06/09/04
That means you have to enter Canada before June 9th 2004 .Upto that
you can work on H1B.I think, they usually give approximately 1
year.Seek experts advice.
Fact is that no one would show interest to respond the queries of
person who make canadian immigration as backup.
