Default Advice on EE Proof of Funds & Debts

Hello All,

I've got the last 6 months statements from my current account and savings accounts, including letter from bank, in which I have had at least double the required amount sitting at all times.
My questions are:
  1. Do I need to show all credit cards statements. Are they alone enough?
  2. Do I need to show mortgage statements? Are these enough without a letter from the bank or an official valuation etc?
  3. Can I not just submit my savings account letter and statements which show that I have the sufficient funds?
I've had advice from consultants to just go with number 3. Is this right?
