Default Advice for daughter - relinquish PR

Hi All

We applied for PR and received this in May 2019 - my daughter had to be included due to her age and activated her PR 25th May 2019. She had thought she would head to Canada later and so get the residency requirement after this but this hasnt materialised and she isnt wanting to live here now.

From my understanding she would have to have plans to come and stay here before 25th May 2022 and live for 2 years to keep PR and that isnt looking an option for her. However my son graduates next May and she is keen to come here for a holiday for a couple of weeks likely the end of May

I think she needs to make a final decision re: PR and if she isnt wanting to live here start the process to relinquish her status - is that correct and also if anyone has any advice on timelines for the process that would be most appreciated

Many Thanks as always

I assume she has a valid PR Card. And it'll be valid next May.
There's no need to make a "final" decision about her status at the moment.
