Address and proof of funds upon landing - Help!

Dear guys,

First of all Cong. to MJ23 and best of luck bro.!

I decided to land next month in Toronto...would it be okay if I give an ottawa addess for my PR!

and would it be enough to carry in cash around ~ 9900 canadian dollars to satisfy the proof of funds ?
