Default Address Change

In March 2002, I sent a request to change my address. My case is being
processed in Buffalo. I've periodically checked my E-Status and it
still hasn't been changed. I'm approaching a year since i've made the
request, as well as, sending in my medicals. Has anyone else had a
similar experience?
Thanks, Christopher

this is disheartening. i sent them address change forms a couple of weeks
ago and thought it shouldn't be that long before they process them.

on the bright side, E-Client is likely ran/maintained by CIC, whereas the
forms go to the Buffalo office...

Christopher, here's a question: have you received any mail from them to
the new address since?

I sent the change of address request to Buffalo in August 2003. It took
around 3 months for
them to change the address on the e-client.
I have made it a point to fax any letter on both the fax numbers and at the
same time send a priority
mail with the same request.

Hi
I have changed my address 3 times till date still waiting for the pp
request. The first time i changed the address it showed on the
e-client after 15 days. The second time i changed my address on 27 Nov
03 it showed on the e-client on the 18th of Dec 03. I think you should
send them again with the new address if you have not received any
communication from them till date. It should not take so long.

Hello Ivan,
Nothing has been forwarded to my new address. I think i've faxed a
dozen or so letters and haven't heard anything. I've resolved to
writing a letter to the tenant, where i used to live. I also sent one
to buffalo...My AOR is Jan03, christopher

Christopher,

since yesterday e-client shows my updated address, so it took them a bit
more than a month but they did update CIC's database. hope you figure out
your problem. good luck.
