additional info needed, CIC Sydney: Andrew, PMM, Jim comments?

Instead of PPR, i was asked to provide another additional information, AFAIK, not relevant to the "points" of my application.

the letter ask my partner to provide "details of the course (name, diploma, content) my partner took sometime between 1993-5". The letter continued that if i don't provide this information within 60 days, my application will be assessed based on the available information. This may result in your application being refused.

I did not claim points for my application. The course was only and a language course (ie english course). In a small town, the course organizer was private, and no diploma was given.

My question: Can i just ignore the request? Since my partner will only able to say "english course, no diploma". Why the case officer ask this information?

Hi didik, have you given any consideration to emailing them and explain the situation? They may be able to give you some guidance.

Good luck.
