Additional Family Info (Mother's maiden name?)
 

Hey Guys,

We are so nearly there- our end of the 90 days is on the 24th of August so I am off to hand our documents in, in person, in a week or so (as soon as the last little bit of paper work reaches us!)

Just a quick question. On the Schedule 1 Background Dec- you had to fill in your mother's maiden name yes? It says family name at Birth.

But do you do the same on the Additional family name. My parents are now divorced but my mum kept her married name so I am unsure which one to put?
