Default Additional Documents Required by Assessment Letter

Hi,

We got the initial assessment, asking us to hand in the additional
documents:
1) medical examination holding 6 months
2) banking account

Timeline for your reference:
Applied in Feb, 2002
AOR: June, 2002
Initial Assessment:May,2003

My questions are,

1) My husband and I are in Canada now, so we can take the medical
examination in the hospital list attached to the assessment letter,
all of them are Canadian hospitals. But our son is back in our home
country, how about his medical examination? Is it OK for him to take
it in our home country, while the assessment letter states that it
must be taken in the listed hospitals in Canada?

2) Almost all our money is under my saving account. Is it OK to show
the banking account bearing only my name, while my husband is the
principal applicant? If this won’t do, what if we transfer the
money now to his account, and in this case, it will be easily seen
that the money is temporarily transferred, is this proof of our
banking account convincing? If this won’t do either,
what’s your suggestion to us?

If your kind help will be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to
sharing your insight.
