Hi,
my partner and i submitted our PR application in Sept last year, for us both and my two children. We have sorted out notarised consent letters from their dad so they can accompany us.

He has a daughter from a previous marriage, who lives with her mum. When we filled out the application we included her details in the relevant section for dependants who aren't accompanying us.

Since then there has been a change in circumstances, and it's quite likely that she's gonna be living with us again soon (long story!!!).

What are the rules about changing teh application so she's included as an accompanying child?
