Default Adding a baby

Had the request for medicals come through, so what are the procedures for adding a new born baby to the application.

Do you simply send to the CHC in London

(a) four passport photos of the baby
(b) a copy of the baby's birth certificate
(c) $150 fee.

Other questions does the birth certificate have to be notarised again or will a photocopy do? Do you have to send in a photocopy of the baby's passport as well?

Many thanks.

You need to send copy of baby's own passport as well. You didn't say what is baby's country of birth, thus I can't even guess if you should submit notarized copy.

Plain copy of birth certificate should be fine.
