Default 90 days letter, No IELTS dates and a medical condition

Hi to every one, and specially to Mr. Andrew miller,

I just received my 90 day letter (received late mail I am already 25 days short).Instead I feel happy I am stressed and don’t know what to do.

Questions making me nuts are:

(1 )I need to give IELTS exam but there are no dates available till late April.

(2) After a long waiting period I just got date for operation of removal of fractured coccyx (tail bone) on 17th of March 2008 and for at least 2 to 3 months I wouldn’t be able to sit so even if I get IELTS date “ by luck “ in early May I cant sit longer to give the exam.

(3) Shall I send CIC rest of the requested documents except IELTS?

What I suppose to do?

Shall I send my doctors letter to CIC about my medical condition and ask them the extra time to send them IELTS,

Thanks
Nimra

When you send in the rest of the documents you can explain your situation and promise to send in the rest as soon as you can. It should not be a problem.

Why did you wait this long before doing your exam. You have put yourself under pressure, you will probably be able to sit the exam somewhere in the country in the timescale but it will require some serious travelling. The medical situation should be OK as long as you keep the CIC informed.
